Natural remedies for fending off the flu

Nothing can cramp your style and rearrange your schedule quit like a nasty bought of the flu, and with flu season upon us once again, maintaining your healthy habits, as well as enlisting the help of some effective remedies can help keep you from falling victim to the bug, this season.

A strong immune system is the key to staying far beyond the flu’s reach and few things are more essential in maintaining your immunities than adequate sleep and proper nutrition. It’s that time again when people start worrying about getting sick.
