Eat Raw Chocolate to Fight Depression and Prevent Heart Disease

Most often found in sugar laden sweets and high fat desserts, chocolate has developed a bit of a bad rap as a food that tastes ‘oh, so good,’ but one that is ‘oh, so bad,’ for your health.
